Humanity’s Mortality Moment
Who: Dr. Bill Moomaw, of Woods Hole Research Center, Professor Emeritus, Center for International Environment and Resource Policy, Tufts University, Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, discusses the perils for humanity due to anthropogenic forcing of the climate. A long-time contributor to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and co-writer of the World Scientists’ Warning of a Climate Emergency, Moomaw will address the greatest challenges facing humanity. What: A discussion with Dr. Moomaw, leading climate scientist, will speak on what to expect in the next decade and what humanity must do to prevent outright climate catastrophe.
